How much time do you spend doing cardio?
People often spend much time doing cardio because they think it's helpfull in order to lose weight.

They don't know that HIIT allows to improve Overall metabolism and muscle mass,  which can lead them to reach their outcomes in a better and funnier!!!

Several studies shown that HIIT is more reliable then low intensity training (like spend hours walking on a treadmill)!!!
HIIT can be performed by everyone, just make sure that your trainer assess your performance using an Heart Rate Monitor and RPE scale!!!
Studies have shown that HIIT can be performed by special population, which involve people that might be affected by CVD, Diabetes, pulmonary diseases etc; and it was discovered that overall fitness improves in a better way than a classic cardio training.
HIIT can be changed anytime, so, people can enjoy a different journey each time they workout!!!
