Body Composition Assessment

 

How many times people told you that checking your body weight is useless if you want to manage your weight loss?

 

Weight loss is optimal when people are able to lose fat mass instead of lean mass and weight scale is not able to check this difference.

 

A functional assessment involve a body composition evaluation that takes into account all your measurements and skinfold, in order to check out your body fat percentage and see if your weight loss program is properly working.

Trainers use these tests in order to  set up a cardio program that has to respect client's goals, and check out if there are cardiovascular fitness improvement.

 

Strength Tests

 

Strength tests are always used to draw a strength and conditioning program that may aim to several goals.

 

If gain muscle mass, get stronger or simply monitor your strength training is your goal, a strength assessment will help you to do it.

Flexibility and Postural Assessment

Flexibility and postural assessment is always a weaknesses in common gyms.

 

Many Trainer understimate flexibility power and the important role that this one has in muscle srength and people daily life.

 

A Postural assessment, followed by a flexibility training will help you to improve your joint mobility and reduce many aches (like low back pain).

Senior Fitness Tests
